Over 25000 people gather in Mumbai to oppose CAA

Over 25000 people across gender, religions and social strata gathered at August Kranti Maidan on thursday to raise their voices against the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA), 2019 and to express their anger towards Police brutality on students. With witty placards targeted at PM Modi and Amit Shah, protesters voiced their worries about the unconstitutionality and undemocratic nature of the Act and peacefully listened to eminent speakers who echoed their sentiments. #MumbaiAgainstCAA #NoNPR #NoNRC
