Kolkata Resists CAA, Aparna Sen joins the rally

Citizens of West Bengal, including students, artists and several intellectuals, marched to Esplanade from the Ramlila Maidan, in central Kolkata, around 3.30 pm on 19th December 2019, protesting against Citizenship Amendment Act @019 and Nationwide NPR-NRC.The Rally was conducted by a group, made up largely of students and youths, who started the ‘No NRC Movement’ on Facebook and has organised several protests on the ground across Bengal.
