Every year, Lakhs of Devotees, both Hindus and Muslims throng to Gazi Pir’s Mazar, 30 miles away from Calcutta, to pay their respects to the 12th century Sufi saint said to have special powers over the forest and patronised, in his time, by a Hindu King.
